Not to mention that right now (and in fact for the past 4-5 days) Virgin Broadband is utterly broken. I get 38% average packet loss over long time windows, and see 2500ms+ roundtrips to the next hop. If this area was served by Hyperoptic, I would have changed more than two years ago.
