I try to be understanding and say that I don't know if all regulation is beneficial. I have no problem with regulations being changed to reflect new information. I don't feel qualified to opine about specific regulations but I am not arbitrarily opposed to examining existing regulations. Laws should change with the times and I don't know enough about the specifics to unilaterally condemn efforts to examine the status quo. I try to be charitable, after all.
