I would worry that delivering 500 quality niche articles over the course of weeks and months just isn't possible "for less than the cost of a single editor". Even if you use an AI to write the content I have a heard time seeing how you can create good niche/long-tail content. There are also all kinds of spam filter issues with suddenly dumping hundreds of articles on Googlebot. Frankly, without any specifics, this sounds spammy.
