The standard is servers in large data centers with effectively unlimited bandwidth speed compared to residential customers, like netflix, google, amazon, steam, microsoft, apple, etc.
- throw_away_4567 9y agoIn fact these people distribute content via deep caching and multicast provided by the ISP's and the CDN's - all those people (apart from Apple) have distributed infrastructures.
