Ask HN: Books To Learn Web Design (HTML/CSS/XML/PHP)

Ive been learning all I can about Web development / design for some time now but I need some book recommendations from other Web Designers in able further my knowledge and get my ideas off the ground. What would you recommend to someone who is trying to get his first commercial, revenue generating website online?

For web design, I would recommend against a book. Create a delicious account and start tagging well designed sites as "inspiration".
