Does someone know a reliable source of the windows telemetry story today. Googling gives a huge bunch of articles which are out of date, or filled with random assertions from random people. I would be very gratefull for:
* Exact, technical-level details of what each windows version (7-8-10) is monitoring ('Basic Health and Quality' says nothing).
* How to disable it. So it stays off
* And some kind of technical proof (Like a wireshark trace or something)
