Is there a precedent in any field? Large, complex projects seem to inherently require delays due to the discovery of new facets of the project.
- fpoling 9y agoIn Norway big road-building projects involving complex bridges and tunnels are done mostly on time. When they are not on time these days, the delays quite likely come from IT. For example, 2 years ago tunnel opening was postponed by few months due to the need for extra camera testing that came from fixing some software issues.
