the infrequency with which I even use the dial pad on the phone really makes me inclined to file this under "not broken, no need to fix"
- curun1r 9y agoRight...if we're interested in UX, why are we still using numbers as a proxy for who we want to call. Shouldn't we start typing letters and have previous call recipients show up on top and suggestions from some search service show up below? Computers are good with numbers...let them handle that part and let us use language/words.
