Believe me, I know how it feels. I think the most common thing you might hear is that people just "don't get it". You have to understand that people visiting your site have zero vision of what it is supposed to do, and how they can use it. They haven't spent x hours a day for the past y days with this idea stuck in their head, nor have they loaded the page 10,000+ times. The problem is, it's kind of hard to erase your current perspective and take a fresh look at something. Impossible, really.
