- freedomben 9y agoWhile I agree that the best time to speak up is when the precedent is being encoded into law, the phrase "better late than never" does come to mind.
- lovich 9y agoThis was 17 years ago, there is an entire generation of people who gained the right to vote in between now and when this law was passed.
