At an old company after being acquired we built a blind-hiring system. No resumes. The WallStreet Journal wrote about it, it was popular. Many lovely candidates came to us because of the process. One of them laughed at resumes as being a form of ritualized lying. Neat project, but I shrug my shoulders at 'the resume'.
