So should Security Bulletins released by Apple and Microsoft not state that a vulnerability/exploit was found since stating how to fix it implies that one existed? This support article speaks mostly to people who have already seen the symptoms of the bug. It doesn't do anything to inform people who may still be affected but haven't noticed it yet.
