I'm not 100% sure. But the drivers are usually operating white panel vans with an Amazon logo (iirc...). The drivers wear high-viz vests and when they call you, it is a Washington area code (which suggests to me they are using an Amazon system). My understanding was that Amazon has been working towards their own courier service for a while.
