Yep, just like taxi drivers, no one has any sympathy whatsoever for these logistics companies. My gripe is that every package I receive, is from abroad. Every single time, fedex (ups, dhl, ...) ask me for the exact same information (address, eori number, ...) even if I have an account with them, they don't know this information about me, even though I told them last week. I thought a logistics company might have a better handle on their processes. But none of them do!
