But, you could hear everything in the mix pretty accurately The exact same would apply to Grado headphones. Pretty terrible to use long-term, but act like magnifiers for flaws in the mixing process. I had an interesting experience using my Grados to play Ratchet & Clank on the Playstation. They made it easy to distinguish small details in the tornado of sounds during the big battles, enabling me to literally "play by ear", but in a good way. But yes, tiring. I like the planar magnetic cans a lot more.
