Ask HN: How to submit a medium priority bug report to Apple?

Having serious issues with Notes.app in High Sierra on MacOS, caused minor data loss so far. Easily reproducible - e.g. hitting cmd-d to delete a character causes the display to lag/not update until I release the cmd key. Very odd. Had a variety of other similar issues in notes.app since this update, one of which has caused data loss and I could see it causing data loss for others. Is there a channel for reporting something like this? Feedback reporter exists but only for beta releases. This is for 10.13 general release.
