Is it? I always thought of it as smart planning. They are taking the profits from a limited resource and diversifying.
Norway has been doing this for decades, albeit not directly with PV.
- woodandsteel 9y agoIn my comment I am agreeing with you, it's smart planning. The fact that renewables are going to replace fossil fuels is so obvious that even fossil fuel producers, who you would expect to deny it, are instead acknowledging it.
