Yes, but that is for dictionary only. If you need more processing power, for example for the image recognition, you need the cloud. At least last time i tried,

- yincrash 9y agoUnfortunately for greek<->english, the offline image recognition isn't available. It does work for other languages, even ones like Chinese. There is a little eye icon in the bottom right of the app that lets you download the language for offline instant translation.
