I'm running a Touch Bar MBP connected to the LG UltraFine 5K with no visible problems FullScreen or not on the LG panel. Resolution is set for "Default for display" and I run Flux. Initially I had some issues with the monitor that went away when I got a new USB-C cable. Perhaps that would help...?
