- __warlord__ 9y agoBy that rationale, everyone should believe what politicians say then. I'm not saying that Microsoft is doing something "wrong" with the data they collect, the problem is the way they collect the data and their response (or lack of) in open source communities when they enable telemetry even at the language level.
- codeonfire 9y agoRecent articles about Windows 10: "Windows 10 is essentially spyware" "Windows 10 is possibly the worst spyware ever made" "Windows 10 is spying on almost everything you do" "You still can't turn off Windows 10 built-in spyware" "Microsoft Windows 10 has permission to spy on you" I'm tired of this tech bullshit doublespeak. Not selling is not the same as not collecting.
