Once again, we see high-powered liberals trying to circumvent the democratic process by Suing to enact political change. Everyone should be held to the same rulebook. The courts are not there to subvert the political process.
- jhpriestley 9y agoThe courts have a defined role within the political process - the interpretation of the law - which they are following here. Both conservative and liberal activists have a long history of suing to enact political change. It is important that these issues are worked out in court precisely so that the rulebook is applied with more fairness.
