I don't understand this either. The only way Facebook would be allowed to operate in China is if they do what the other Chinese social media sites do: have armies of staff on hand to delete politically sensitive content. Facebook would have to take on a significant new team, dedicated to nothing but deleting content deemed inappropriate to the Chinese government. That's the only way Facebook could operate in China. I just don't see it happening.
