There is only one problem with such slow-evolving projects - who will pay your bills first year or two. Everything else isn't a rocket science - launch fast/early and evolve! ^_^ There are tons of similar ideas in non-IT fileds (travel guidelines or a-la AirBnB for hotels/trekking agencies in third world - the first that comes to mind). But who will pay my bills?
