I'm a dev and I still run Mavericks. For a while I have felt like Apple's software is getting worse and worse, so I haven't updated. I don't use Safari though, so my browser is modern (the new Firefox actually).
- stefco_ 9y agoI actually agree about their software quality but I worry about software compatibility and unpatched vulns, and I like a few recent features, like icloud notes. So I upgrade. But I prefer the old ones in a lot of ways too.
