- kenbaylor 9y agoColony took a very conservative view of the way things may turn out. But even if they went ahead, they would have been far far far away from the cross-hairs of the SEC. Colony are a legitimate business and honest. The SEC is only going after the egregious ones, as they don't want to kill nascent crypto/ICOs in the USA.
