I guess if it were a PC program, the judge would need to order to the sites that host it to stop distributing it in Spain?

  Which would mean any overseas sites wouldn't care as they'd be outside their jurisdiction, or Spain would need to implement a Great Firewall like China.

    Or the ISPs would be told to block the site. Not really sure how it's usually done for websites in general.
