What is the state of contentblocking on Apple devices? Do they come with adblockers by default?
- frou_dh 9y agoNo, they're third party apps (e.g. https://1blocker.com/ https://1blocker.com/). But the interesting thing about these Content Blockers is that they don't actually get to inspect anything. They just hand off a list of rules in an official declarative format, which Safari itself then takes care of matching and applying.
