So unless my coffee did not kick in yet; that would make him under or around the age of 18 which is below the age of majority in NY state:

- techsupporter 16y agoWell, he'd have been over 18 at that point (18 years, 11 months, since the contract signature date is 23 Apr 2003), but you're right, he was under the age of majority in the State of New York.
