I had to check if Go's path.Join() does the same thing with joining to an absolute path (luckily for me, it doesn't).
I can see that being a useful feature for implementing e.g. `cd`, though.
- moosingin3space 9y agoIIRC, Python's `os.path.join` behaves the same way if you join with an absolute path.
