Careem someone has registered my email with careem how to disconnect

Looks like careem doesn't verify the email accounts just the phone number so you can put any email id. The last few days I was getting emails for someones ride. After complaining to careem with no response I just asked for password reset through email and changed the phone number. But these idiots don't even ask for reverification on the devices already logged in so the guy is still using the account and I am still getting his ride notifications.
