Yes, india is the source of warm-body shops that produce crud like this more than other nations, but there are shops in india that aren't like this, and there are shops like this in places that have nothing to do with india.
You can't take 'statistically, it's more likely' as a basis to espouse racism; that's generally bad for business and life, and more to the point, highly immoral.
You're basically holding anyone who lives in india, speaks with an indian accent, or in any other way comes across as 'related to india', as responsible for your bad experience.
Someone born in india isn't at fault for the mistakes that either Icreon or Saama Inc has made, and making them responsible for it is stupid: They have neither the responsibility, nor the power, to affect any of that. You might as well go catch a fish and hold it responsible, that makes about as much sense.
In a vacuum, 'I don't wanna work with indian companies' is a rule of thumb that some have adopted, and I completely see why, but be aware that it's based on a piss poor stochastic indicator: You're far better off finding ways to filter out dev shops based on more tangible markers, such as references you can trust, demos of work that seem believable, a good chat about how they intend to run the project, talking to the actual devs and doing a quick scan of whether they can, in fact, program, and a contract that has lots of deliverables, especially early on, with an escape clause to abort the project before you've spent too many funds on it.
Generally, a shop like Increon or Saama, indian or not, won't make the cut if you apply such common sense.
