Let’s not forget that it often makes sense to call in sick just to be able to complete work that requires concentration in a quiet environment.
- overcast 9y agoI never get sick, so my sick time is just personal time for when I don't feel like coming in work. But mainly I just use it for working on my own personal projects. Silent environment at home is amazing compared to a busy office. I wish our open office space, was converted to sound proof cubes.
