I have a request. When someone takes the time to travel to come interview with you at least do them the courtesy of providing useful feedback if you decide not to hire them.
- autarch 9y agoSadly, most companies will not let interviewers do this for fear of lawsuits.
- bk8335 9y agoI have an idea to run mock interviews online with real HR people moonlighting, so that you can receive their honest feedback, and as a result, be better for the real thing.
