I agree with you, this does seem like one more justification for trafficking stolen data. And like you mention using this for a "legitimate" purpose really is invalid since you know TH is filtering it. I would think that once start charging money and filtering content that you all of the sudden miles away from where you started and the original intent is now lost. And how many times does he have to justify this (not his first or last post on the subject I am sure) you get the idea that he must get asked this more and more often. Don't get me started on opting-out...
