  According to the bottom of the page (as well as https://web.archive.org/web/20081217030432/https://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/contributing.html https://web.archive.org/web/20081217030432/https://www.gnu.o...), it goes back to 2006. It could be older, but I suppose we can put 2006 in the title.
