- Animats 9y agoThat affected about 230 homes who were not EBMUD customers. It's fixed now. Somebody connected an irrigation well to the potable water system. (Agricultural areas often have both non-potable and potable water systems. Stanford does, incidentally. Stanford has a private water system, with Felt Lake as a reservoir.
