  If you're young, in an area with frequent attacks, moving with a gang, and not on a trajectory from the store to the location of your claimed clogged drain, then yes, I'd say it's pretty incriminating. Street officers are usually pretty experienced and capable of making a judgement whether this should be looked into further. If needed, the evidence and circumstances can be reviwed in court. It's not an all or nothing situation. We're capable of nuance.
