This is such bullsh!t. Suing oil companies while, I'm sure, both Oakland and San Francisco benefitted from their wares for sale. In fact, without them, I'm sure both cities would have fared much worse in the past few decades. This is a classic example of looking a gift horse in the mouth. Putting regulations on oil companies would benefit all, rather than this frivolous lawsuit which would benefit the two cities ONLY.
