I expect their 4x current model price is a huge factor in failing to attract investment, the NHS and ObamaCare are unlikely to cover these in the vast majority of situations. But I also don't doubt she is having a hard time and that the disgusting things she is quoting occurred; I have overheard and been present for many less than desirable comments - both from men and women - in professional settings. EDIT: Just took a look at pumps available in the UK, for £50-150 I get lots of pumps advertising comfort etc. I would need to have an independent doctor or trusted woman with first-hand experience of these not being suitable to be convinced of any kind of mass market appeal.
