Before: Swipe up for Control Center, tap to toggle WiFi radio, tap or swipe to return to current app. Now: Switch from current app or close it, Force Touch Settings, tap WiFi, tap on the toggle in Settings.app, switch back to app you were on. The UX here is worse.
