- jstimpfle 9y agoThis is not a situation where Oxford commas are needed to disambiguate. The way you see it, I think an Oxford comma would force you to do even more things at the same time. But that's silly; this statement is granting you rights, and it's your choice on whether you want to exercise them or not. If some rights can be exercised only conditionally, the text needs to make that clear.
