- refurb 9y agoYes! This McKinsey report is the best I've seen in terms of tracking where the dollars go vs. other countries.[1] In summary, it's mostly going to outpatient care. The US spends only a small percentage more on in-patient care. In fact, the US spends less on durables and long-term care than most other countries.
