Where are you living 30 minutes out that the rent isn't still an egregious > 1.5k/mo?
- markwaldron 9y agoMy commute is a little longer (~60 minutes), and my rent is 1.6k a month with most utilities included.
- nunez 9y agoWhen I lived in NYC our commute from not-so-cool Borough Park in Brooklyn was 45m and our rent was $1200 for a small walkup 1-bedroom
