My wife is supportive, but not the entrepreneurial type, risk averse and favours stability. On top of that we have a baby boy and own a house. My family rank way above anything else so throwing in the day job is really not an option. I have a small amount of time each night after bedtime where I work on my own things. My goal is to generate what value I can and show enough to justify taking a bigger step in future. I'm kind of bootstrapping but time is the scarce resource, not money. It's not easy, don't let that stop you.
