- snarfy 9y agoCryptography allows Alice to share a secret with Bob without Carol listening in. In DRM, Alice and Carol are the same person.
- throwaway613834 9y agoI'm not sure if that's correct or not, but either way, that's in complete agreement with what I just said: they are not speaking in terms of cryptography.
