It would probably work if you made it out of copper foil and grounded it. But then of course you are no longer mobile and the enemy could easily snip the ground wire coming out of your hotel room. ;-)
- komali2 9y agoCould stick the ground into the ground of an outlet? Barring the risk of missing and cooking your brain in your newfangled electro-cap seems like it'd be difficult to cut the entire hotel's ground.
