Yes it shouldn't be used for privacy-sensitive identities. Right now opening a new link in a new tab will use the default profile, this makes it super easy to link profiles. Even if that was fixed, all the tabs have pretty much the same browser settings. The main use-case is when you have home/work split with multiple accounts.
