Healthcare is a racket. It takes advantage of our fear of death and suffering. It suggests it has solutions if you are willing to exchange your life savings for a few more weeks in $100k/ day ICUs. I lean libertarian, but I have given up on the current system. I'd like to see all of the insurance companies and health care bureaucracy burned. This is an idea worth voting for Bernie. I doubt that any real change is on the horizon as long as people keep confusing affordable health insurance with affordable health care. Obamacare was never the solution to the actual problem, which is unnatural pricing that is extracted under duress.
