Aside from the more obvious answers, I would suggest taking some philosophy courses. I still frequently draw upon what I learned in my logic course from philosophy. That and anything that improves your communication skills. Courses with an emphasis on analytical writing will pay dividends down the road. Doesn't matter how great your coding skills are if you can't communicate well with others.
