As a developer with limited design skills, my number one pain point is front end / UI work. I'm a solo startup founder and I'm currently working on the front end. It's already taken 20% of my total development time and it's not finished. The worst thing is even when it's done it'll be mediocre at best. I haven't had any luck finding a co-founder and I can't afford to hire anyone to do the work. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I don't know how you could solve a problem like this but it seems to be a recurring theme here on HN and in start-up circles in general.
